Creative Suite developer Adobe has released the beta version of its next industry-standard image editing application, Photoshop CS6. The beta provides access to all features contained within the upcoming Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CS6 Extended products and introduces a number of new features and advancements over the previous release.
Among the new additions is the Content-Aware Patch which automates pixel blending. Photoshop will also see a facelift in the shape of a new modern UI and general speed enhancements to the Mercury Graphics Engine it uses.
The beta is available for both Mac and Windows PCs and you can get started straight away with the download links below. No serial number is required for installation, instead an Adobe ID must be used within 7 days of first launching the Photoshop CS6 Beta or it will stop working.
